What a genuine twat. My can/toilet was full of foul shit, as it kept getting blocked. I had several council personal out to try and sort it. YES several, (the last guy) brought his stuff, new fittings etc, he rectified it. Now this matter is kinda different, because the few personnel before him, only brought a plunger and repeatedly tried to unclog it and try nothing else, best part is, they thought it was the paper I was using at the time that was clogging it, NO it wasn't, it was a main drainage issue, but during them trying to unclog it, you know one of them said???, you can get some toilet paper from X place. What a idiotic patronsing prat.

Both the plumber and the electrician are extremely unprofessional. For the record, both of them had the products on their truck but just didn’t feel like retrieving them. The plumber didn’t want to get his plunger wet and the electrician didn’t want to unroll a 100 foot extension cord. If they didn’t actually have the items on their truck then they are truly morons

Last time someone asked me to unclog a toilet there was shit in the bowl, I looked at the lady and said , sorry ma’am I don’t do poop. If you need a sink replace or a water heater replaced call a plumber. If your drain is clogged call a drain company.... I’m a master plumber, our company has one guy to unclog drains. Also you will save yourself a shit ton of money by calling a drain company vs a plumbing company. Rootorooter comes to mind. So in all honesty I’m not surprised a service plumber doesn’t carry around a plunger. Why would you want him to bring in a plunger , you don’t know where it’s been etc etc . Common sense .
@VegetaIsBetterThanGoku4 жыл бұрын
I’ve never heard of a plumber not unclogging a drain. Unclogging a toilet is one of the easiest service calls you can make and more than not it’s a 10 minute stop at $120+ per service call I would rather drive around unclogging 30-40 toilets a day make $4,000-$5,000 than do an install of a sink to make $600-700. Plus you don’t know where it’s been?? It’s going into a toilet dude not someones kitchen table, if your afraid of a little feces you are definitely in the wrong business. Most GC’s will replace a sink and a lot will even do water heaters/toilets/showers but most won’t mess with a clogged drain unless it’s a stupid easy fix. This is what a plumber does, anything to do with plumbing.
@dr.bunterhidenbrobruh55024 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. I would call a drain cleaning service and I only do that to clear the main sewer line when it gets clogged as I'm not going to spend money on snakes that I don't want to keep in my basement to do a job I don't want to do and would rather pay someone. I have insurance through the water company and its a $50 flat fee to clear the sewer line and I have to get it done once every couple years. Money well spent. If the clog is in any of the drains before connecting to the main sewer line, i unclog those myself using augers, snakes or plungers depending on where the clog is. This is easy shit every homeowner should learn how to do, except the main sewer line which takes someone with a bit more experience and who's willing to deal with the smell and the mess. I would call a plumber to do anything related to sweating pipes or replacing sections of bad piping on the hot cold supply, or replacing a water heater. Installing faucets and sinks is easy, even installing toilets aren't that bad, so i do that stuff myself and never had problems. I know my limits though and that's important.
@VegetaIsBetterThanGoku4 жыл бұрын
Clinton Shorrock That’s why you don’t call a plumber to plunge a toilet. Every home owner should know how to do that, usually it’s a deeper clog than that and setting up a snake and travel and time the charges start at $120 and that’s cheap. I’m saying I would love someone to call and pay that for me to plunge a toilet for 10 minutes of my time I’ll be rich. This guy is complaining about that kind of call, I would take them all day long but they don’t come in that often. Usually people that don’t worry about money or people who don’t Know how or don’t want to know how in which case they can pay $120.
@chriscary5164 жыл бұрын
Vegeta Is Better Than Goku All I’m saying as a plumber , I do new construction commercial, I do service from time to time when it’s slow, I don’t carry around a plunger, I have one at home. We don’t plunge toilets lol , I’ll come in with a snake if need be , but your toilet better be free of shit or I won’t work on it. Our company has 80 plumbers and we have one drain and he’s usually busy locating underground piping for our service remodeling, 9 times out of 10 we refer people to a drain company..Rootorooter comes to mind. If a plumber ask for your plunger, I’m guessing he’s trying to fix the problem with minimal cost to you.
@VegetaIsBetterThanGoku4 жыл бұрын
Chris Cary So your company does mostly installs and large projects. I gotcha you made it just sound like you went to a routine service call and hit the road, if you don’t do normal service calls than that’s fine, you should’ve never been called out there to begin with. I get what ur saying but I still wouldn’t turn down easy money man, you will come across crap quite a few times and it can’t bother you or you’ll have a shitty day 😂.

The electrician needs an extension cord then says this is a 3 prong cord an my drill is 2 prong and can he borrow a 2 prong adapter.. What kind of electrician did you hire?!! The 2 prong drill will work with the 3 prong plug. Are you pulling my LEG?!!😀

Mr.Dibitetto, I once helped a plumber being foolish to change the sink pipes in a bathroom. He kept asking for stuff an still charged full price, I was young an it was in my grandparents home. It was a joke! I understand. You need to just drop them once they ask for something!
