Great Review!! Living in Scotland we apply a house rule that of you complete a two track route you gain a wee puff of the good stuff, a three track gives you a snort of cocaine and anything bigger gets the syringe out. In the Pennsylvania map we add a wee dram of malt whisky to our Irn Bru for every share collected. We find these rules pep the game up no end although it does extend the game time! Cheers

I like the stocks in the Pennsylvania map. On the UK I think the next time we play it we will have to do some houserules for the advanced techs to balance things. Also really like the Heart of Africa expansion. It has technology cards for terrain types that can double your routes. Some people do not like it because there is lots of blocking but we like the player interaction.

One of, if not the best expansions for TTR due to both sides bringing something fresh to the game. Generally the one we play these days, unless we're introducing a gateway game to a non-gamer where we might just go with Europe for that. We house rule the Southampton to New York route down to 30 points though, 40 is a bit much.

Tickets To Ride and there expedition around $50 dallor i would love to get the game but wish there was a little more detail to everything for the price. I ride a train once in Washington DC i like it better then the Greyhound buses want to try a plane. I do wonder how the AEC ROADMASTER buss feel

Junkies hopped up on Irn Bru is our national treasure. Voted one of the friendliest places but at the same time a place where you're most likely to be stabbed. Whats not to love?

@@BoardGameBollocks Ive heard the ending product is the best TtR experience yet 🤷‍♂️. My crew likes TrR but it doesnt engage me terribly, Im interested in it - will let you know my thoughts if it ever gets to my door 😂

HS2: I believe There’s an expansion kit coming out that links this game to Bus for Leeds and Manchester and then you use Parks to get to Newcastle.

This one’s been around a year or two now and I’ve heard good reports including yours. But I have four or five TTR versions and I can’t help thinking “am I really going to buy another version of this glorified set collection game?.” I expect TTR games to keep appearing on a regular basis from now until the heat death of the universe.

"I don't know who would want to expand into Scotland". It always kills me that people in England have access to hop on a train and visit most of the world within hours, and yet choose to just stay in England instead. I would kill for that privilege. My friends from London said the same thing when I told them I was considering taking a train to Belgium. "Why would you do that?" Oof.

Just here to add to your algo about "Euro-trash" games. Your review is about 5 minutes longer than the song this game hopes to rip off. Gorgeous song by them 4 Elvis's, I must say. I only have one mint vinyl copy of Help, and none of this game.😎 I will watch the whole review , Somerset later
