Wright was spectacular, but I would like to appreciate Ratajski too. When the result was 3-7, I expected totally nothing - and still we were given an absolute classic. It's been a tough year for the Polish Eagle, but I hope all the problems with his throw are gone.

He played one of the best match this year, but made too many mistakes in final legs, 3 missed darts at D18 and two single 8 on 64 finish. It could have cost him a victory. Anyway congrats to Snakebite, great average and resistance to pressure from Ratajski, match with Dimi can be another classic

These guys r just so damn good. I just love watching them compete, its simply spectacular at times. Loved watching all the matches today. The respect and love between Rowby John and Dimitri after that entertaining match was so cool. Aspinall proving himself once again against a top player. Wright and Ratajski had a brilliant match, the best one at this years matchplay for sure and then MVG v Cullen the first session was just ridiculous from MVG, those 4 180s in a row in the fifth leg was absolutely unbelievable from both. Sometimes i wish theres no break when one or both players r in that flow. Cannot wait for tomorrow, the matchups in this years matchplay r mouthwatering.

It's not about winning or losing. Ratajski had a higher average than Peter for almost half of the game and higher efficiency on doubles, practically the whole game had contact and made an amazing comeback from 3-7 to 8-8. After that, he had almost full range and could have beaten Wright a couple of times. Let's face it, Ratajski played the game of the season because defeating Wright would be extremely difficult, but how well he showed himself is a positive for the future
