will you do a "how to" on wrapping a dubbling noodle to make it not "dog leg" off the side of the thread? I can get the crap on the thread, but it almost always creates a secondary noodle off the side of the thread, or comes loose when I'm wrapping it around the hook.

Thanks, thats a good name for it especially with the huge bead. Generally my point fly is what I'm swapping tryin to find exactly what they are eating. But stones are found in the water year around so it often picks up a few fish on its own. Some times of year they'll even prefer. Also, our wild brook trout generally go for the bigger juicer looking bug anyway.

What size is the hook and bead?

This one was a 12 or 14 and 3.5mm I believe but I don’t add that because it depends what you are going for. I’ll tie these from 6-18
