Tier List - Jessica Alter/Coldshot - 25/03/2024 - Arknights [Global Server]

It's been a while since I crafted one. I have been working on improving the list since early January 2024. Even releasing a Beta version of it on my 2nd channel. It is not perfect yet especially with the addition of the E1 rankings, it's pretty much 2 Tier lists in 1 now. All I am asking for is if there is anything you disagree with, then please let me know why that is. While it is MY Tier list. I want that it aligns with what the public thinks as well. My goal is to have Tier list that I can recommend to every beginner that want to have some guidance in what to build/use. I choose to create them again and I am determent to make it the most accurate one to use for anyone that is interesting in playing Arknights in 2024. So in short: Roast my Tier lists with good opinions so the next one will be even better. And might as well do it for the next Tier list again. Thank you.

Bug Fixes for next Tier list: Mystic caster: Iris and Indigo where in the wrong order. Medic: Gavial and Folinic where in the wrong order. Incantation Medic: Reed alter No fade in. Merchant: No fade out. Disclaimer and watermark: To early fade out. Outro Removed.

Don't mind me, just here enjoying the BGM while I pretend Z and Z- tier means hidden OP v: I also take my time to see all the characters designs and be amazed with their variety, adding the context of the world building in yhe game, being double amazed knowing the wide variety of designs isn't for lols but based on where they live on, each time you do one of these lists I honestly enjoy these little things more than the tier list itself 😌

If Tex alt and yato alt didn't exist phantom would've been OP tier (trust me bro) Edit : I would've put Ethan as a good investment tbh, you'll need his skill 1 in Invitation to wine, There's two annihilations where he shines and his bind is pretty reliable as a cheap investment for e1

Yato and NC have special niches even in some high-end clears esp in CC#. They are more useful than many 3* and 4* tbh.

I like how Nian is stupidly strong as a Protector after E2 because of her module that can basically tank Patriot melee attack

I might give Spuria another look. She is B- / C on your list. Before I was referring to gamepress tier list, and they were merciless on her. - Talent: Her Talent has no sustain component, meaning Spuria MUST be accompanied by a healer. - S2: Her buff is narrowly focused on Snipers, which severely restricts potential targets. - S2: The buff component is nothing special. The chance of stun eliminates most value of the ASPD component, leaving only a relatively small ATK increase. - S2: The chance of stun can often actually LOWER the target's DPS, further limiting potential targets from an already limited pool. - S1: Despite some minor DPS potential, the lack of any reduced redeployment time on her kit makes S1 not worth the team slot. She still needs a healer to survive the duration as well if she takes any hits.

Coldshot actually good, just need her place in places where no one block enemies so she shoot and reload meanwhile

rosa and typhon should be the same tier. they cover up each other's backs: in terms of s2's rosa still does more damage against heavy enemies, typhon can oneshot most enemies but after first hit her dps drops a lot. typhon s3 has a cool gimmick of following the target, while rosa s3 has a very good uptime, bind and decent burst so they are completely uncomparable. I think one is not strictly above other, they sre both S+ or just S depends on who u ask (me, I'd put both in OP, but im a besieger enjoyer so biased)

2nd time I read a comment like this. Ill definitely considered it. What kept me a bit a way is that in the Beta version I received a comment saying Typhoon is much better and is close to deserving OP tier. While I did not disagree with that it made my sway to the side that should put typhoon one tier higher due her 2 versatile skills. I wait a bit to see if more people comment here agreeing with you and if that's the case I might make the change happen in the next Version

Ifrit S+ - She needs the right tile but has true AOE and debuffs. Irene S - Good, but not S+ good. Hoshi - At least S - Best pure tank. Shining S+ - Best physical healer Nightingale S+ - Best arts healer.

In the description in the FAQ section I briefly touched on it with a different example but E1 rankings and E2 rankings have nothing to do with each other. So if you compare an Exia E1 Sl 7 with a Kross E1 Sl7 (Which is krosse's max stats) Kroos performes really great. But if you compare her in the E2 rankings (Max) While Exia got M3 with modules and higher level. Kroos performs still the same meanwhile Exia is annihilating everything with her masteries. I hope this makes sense ^^

I want to say Jessica alter isn’t S tier. I think she’s like A to A+ because of her generalist role compression and her shield but the thing is there are protectors and other defenders and ops that just replace her very easily. She has an extremely unique shield kit with being able to turn around and what not it’s just her generalist kit is very easily replaced by other ops that do what need to be done better. Sometimes even tho ops may not generalize like her some ops that are really masters in their 1-2 niches will be able to outright replace Jessica alter. I would say she’s like A+ because of that. Also fuck yeah reed alter S+ tier wife never loses

if you have maxed her, then probably you already have a replacement for her. e1lvl30 is already good for her. basically diminishing returns for beginners
