Outstanding Work Showcasing one of the biggest home I've had a pleasure of watching! The land is defintely hard to Fanthom, The countless thing you can do in there is something I would ever dream of, I love the peacefulness it brings as well, the surrounding is just gorgeous. The character and Original framework of this home is very unique it is maintained well, I love the different vibe in every room of this house, I think the timelessness will never get old..to me. My personal favorite throughout is the Disco room, Massive Primary bedroom, and the Movie room i just love the original setting when this is built...The outdoors for sure is something I could talk about with you for hours..maybe Another time haha! Maybe because its super expensive so it takes quite a bit of luck to sell it in the first place. If even 10% if the people in the country could afford it I think it would already be sold. I personally think the style is great and outdoor view is great.

No matter what part of the world there located, these type of homes always sit on the market for a very long time. Typically the way owners of these type of properties pay the mortgage is by renting it out to TV studios and the film industry. Also typically the kind of person who buys this type of home, doesn't buy it because they actually need it, or have a large family or because they like to entertain. They buy it just to say they have it. Plus people who buy these type of homes never hold on to it for very long.

I'm not from the U.S., so I'm a bit confused about the rules around dividing up land. Could there be any laws that make it tricky to split a big piece of land into smaller ones? The land's pretty big and I reckon you could fit about 40 luxury homes on it. It feels like it might be easier to sell and could be worth more this way. But are there reasons why this could be a tough job?
