I loved the Belladonna from Sewflo so much I just bought this pattern as well. Brittney's patterns are so helpful and easy to read I feel confident enough to make even without a video tutorial. However watching your tutorials gives me a BOOST to get sewing and all the helpful hacks you have figured out about the patterns you make. In a pinch, I've used a strap end for a zipper end cap. Just be sure to melt the end well, and I used clear glue too before adding the screws. Another great video for a really cute bag! Thanks!

How do you make the machine go slow, is it just a matter of practice because I got the Kingmax and I am having a hard time getting it to maintain a slow speed and not zoom fast after it gets started. It is truly abeautiful machine tho I don't think it will really sew four layers of real leather cause the foot won't lift high enough. Still amazing on wpc and stitches well.

There is a speed setting you can lower that first, the rest is practice…

Love your tutorials, always so calm and encouraging. Question…..is there a reason why you couldn’t stitch down the sides of the inside zipper tape before you add the overlay? ( rather than just pressing down and away)Would it affect the way the pocket lays? Thanks

You totally could, it is just the top one will lay down funky when you put it down to sew up the sides. But I have totally done that many times!
