Kassiah, could you make a video of making this bag with a top zipper closure? I really don’t like open type bags. The zipper is more secure. I’ve seen in the gallery this bag with a zipper. Thanks. Really really love your tutorials.

I'm in love with this bag! I somehow need to find time to make one for myself! Thank you for such a great video... I love yours bc they're never rushed yet not 3 hours long either... Just the right amount of time taken to explain things along the way. I get anxious when a video is rushed and I am constantly stopping the video every few seconds so I can get caught up.. This was 👌!!!

Beautiful!! I always try to watch your tutorials before buying a pattern. I noticed several testers used a recessed zipper rather than the magnets. Does the pattern have instructions for the zipper? Should be no problem adding one, but just curious if that option is in the pattern. Thanks
@SiahSwag2 жыл бұрын
It’s not an option in the specific pattern , but if you’ve done them before should be pretty simple to add.

How do you keep the heavy weights of threads from unwinding from the core and bobbins inbetween uses ? I have a HD machine and it takes a wider bobbin therefore the regular bobbin huggers won"t fit around them.
@SiahSwag2 жыл бұрын
Lol I don’t 😂. I have bobbin thread everywhere…

Hi Kassiah, thank You for this great video! Can you tell me how much bigger did you make the flap for the turn lock?

One question about your hole cutters, i found the link for your cutters, where did you get the pieces for your press to go with it? I have a kamsnap table press and would live to find what you had in yours that you used with the cutters! Love this bag! Actually perfect size and shape for me! Been looking for that "bag" to make for myself to use as a everyday bag. I love the patterns you've done, made a few of them. Definitely going to try this one, went and bought the pattern! Great video!! 💖

Hi Kassiah, I have search this thread and cannot find the "length" measurement you did for the top flap for the turn lock. The width I see where you replied but not the length. Sorry if I missed it. Thanks! BTW, the bag is AWESOME!!

Do you have a link for the white front panel vinyl & the purple I couldn't find it on the sites. Maybe they are out.. idk.. can I ask what the stitch length is uses to put it together and the length on top stitch

It will be offered on MaryBeth Made It soon, just keep looking, and I use about 4-4.5 to sew together and 5-5.5 for topstitch and basting 😊

Kassiah, on your Kam press - the one you used to make the holes, where did you get the large round piece that is screwed into the top of your press? I see the die set, but not the parts for the press.
