This recipe doesn’t necessarily need measurements, you just need to make sure that; Your Tiger nuts is more than the rice (so if you are using 3cups of Tiger nuts, your rice should be 1 1/2) Like I said in the video, the amount of sugar you use will determine how brown your pudding will be (and also how sweet it will be) For me I used; 3cups of Tiger nuts 1 1/2cups of rice 1/4cup of sugar (Ps: while draining the Tiger nut and rice mixture, I added water to help drain it easily).
