I was there in the late 1980s. I loved my tree house bedroom.

Just came back from here… abandoned and creepy state currently … army men and elephants around… but the location is perfect for its purpose…lucky were those who experienced it..

Sadly, now its just a history to be remmembered. Nepal govt should have protected it but they are all corrupted..So rather then protecting it, they didnt renew the liscence of Tiger Tops to operate inside the National Park, in the influence of other business person who wanted to enter in this tourism based hotel industry. Tiger Top was a brand loved by all the VIP guest...In this digital time, Tiger Tops could have been the identity of Nepal jus like Mt.Everest and Elephant Polo could have been brocasted live in international sport channels world wide...What a proud moment that will have been for Nepal and Nepalese..

My dad, Rajen Chettri was the manager of this lodge in the early 90's.

You are Rajen's son or daughter? I (Jay) and him worked together there and I met his wife and a daughter there. Let me know more about your dad and yourself.
