Not to mention the movie's storyline, that according to you can give brain damage to any person, is based on true events. There was nothing in the storyline that could cause brain damage. This movie is based on the real life incident of Kerala nurses held hostage by terrorists in Iraq. This movie is an escapist entertainer.
