The June swoon is in full effect. Wow, the Tigers have needs all over the field. I don't think there's a position on the field outside of starting pitching where you can honestly say you have a core guy. You hope Riley and Keith are core guys, but they are still so inconsistent.

My preseason expectations was 84-78. I am now changing that to 77-85. I just have no confidence in this team and there going to sell at deadline.

Maeda is very easy for major league hitters to hit because you can just sit splitter/breaking ball & react to the 89-90 high school fastball.

The problem with Maeda is the floater ball pitch, its a pitch that any Detroit area high school varsity player can hit including the girls as long as they know the floater ball was coming. If Maeda threw other pitches to them then they couldnt hit him but the floater ball -no problem. Maeda signed for 2 yrs and Flaherty one isnt a good look for Scott Harris. The Tigers hit borderline MLB pitchers and get blown away by good MLB pitchers. Agree with the reaction to Kreidler missing 1st base-possibly game changing mistake and he booted a simple grounder, in Kreidler I see somebody whos not ready for the prime time Show.

So Meada isn’t going anywhere he wasn’t brought in to pitch. He was brought here as an opening to bring other Japanese players in. We all know where Flaherty is going the only team we trade with the Phillies. Detroit tigers AAAA (Phillies)

Tigers lost 2/3 games in the series scoring a combined 1 run but managed to somehow outscore the Astros in the series despite the lowest runs scored by the Astros in a game this series was 4😂

Clearly you have forgotten the huge investment that Mike Illich put into the Tigers. At one point, the Tigers had the second highest team salary in the majors. Chris has simply brought the salary in line with comparable teams. Every fanbase blames ownership when things go south. Let’s point the finger where it belongs, the players.
