Then quarntine happened, i remember all the memes about it on tiktok when it first happened, but regardless, this was the start of the chain of unoriginality, low quality, and sensitive content ive ever seen on any place on the internet Tiktok is known for the variety of subgroups and communitys housed in it, i want to go over them in detail one by one and say the problems about them The gaming community: tiktok has a huge gaming community, which mostly consists of gaming news (which actually isnt that bad), gaming leaks, whiners, and some other ones. While this one isnt as bad as others, many people post these videos which has little to no purpose as most of the content they are putting out has already been seen a million times and is just clogging the fyp. The feminists/sjws/blm supporters: Arguably tiktoks worst side, its full of sjws, feminists, activists, lgbtq members (nothings wrong with it). All they do is talk about issues that literally do not matter like blm, acab, etc. Tiktok encoruages this nonsense by allowing them to turn off duets, comments, and even limit comments. Whenever they are approached in an argument, they use the same braindead arguments like “uneducated”, or “trump supporter” etc The boys: The boys are the complete opposite of the above group. These people are the most homophobic, transphobic, sexist, and racist group you’ll ever find on the internet. Common arguments from them include “❄️” “default settings gang”, “im normal”, etc. These people often between the ages of 12-14 Sensitive people: These can be either of the 2 above people, but these people cant handle any form of critism and often witchhunt other creators. Examples of sensitive tiktokers include, TheVeganTeacher, Jorobe, and pretty much any political tiktoker Politics: These people are some of the most braindead people ive ever seen on the internet. Consisting of both conservatives and liberals. All they do is spout nonsense about politics that 90% of them dont even know about. The worst of it comes when they collide. Often phrases include “orange man bad”, “liberal man bad”, “Trump2020”, “Biden2020”. These people are so passionate about something they know nothing about, that most of them will ditch someone if they have different political opinions, which are okay to have. I apologize if this rant has inconvenienced anyone, i just wanted to type this because with the combination of the overreaction of covid, and the explosion in tiktoks popularity, it has destroyed my social health and its very hard to adjust because ive deleted the app along with the majority of social media so i can bring my life back to normal again Please tell me if you agree or disagree with me
