literally just got back from work from McDonald's when i saw this and i relate and empathise with the workers in this video so much. after work i ordered to packs of 3 nuggets, one spicy and one regular (i hadn't eaten all day and riding home at night in 4'C isnt fun) and i only got spicy nuggets. BUT after working there at night after a bad day and a fistfight in the day, does it really matter? i just ate my nuggets,cleaned up, and left. theres no reason to punish workers and get super pissed off. sure, its definitely OK to go back and get what you paid for, but theres no need to go full KAREN about it.
