Can you idenfity what the cause might have been that got you shadowbanned? For instance, some users still have banned videos on their profile that are keeping the shadowban in place. Or, it might be because certian recent videos are using hashtags that are banned on the platform or dealing with controversal content. I'm not sure what the nature of your profile style is, but I would highly suggust you start uploading 1-2 times a day and stay as far away as you can from content that might prove troublesome. Also, refrain from removing any content as well (deleting regular videos).

I also noticed that changing links in bio too often affects views negatively. I tested it several times putting a KZbin link in my bio and views decreased liked crazy! I think this is also a factor to consider once I changed or removed the link views got back up after a week

Hi Morgan, honestly I would suggest cutting back your upload schedule and really focusing on emphasizing quality content. TikTok also stresses the importance of bring an increasing performance to creators that are growing. Meaning, if you are gaining huge amount of followers but your views are staying the same, your content isn't likely to be pushed out seeing as your fanbase is just a number and not a real community. So focus on creating more demand for you content!

Now, after gaining plus 20k followers in 4 days, my vide are getting below 500 views :( even though its even better content and more detailed than the ones that were hitting the FY page before which were extremely silly and bad recorded. Anyways, thats whats going on with me at the moment, hopefully this will change soon. Its crazy how with 50k followers at the moment, a video gets only 200 views after 48 hrs.

Forgot to mention, the videos that are having 200-500 views now, are having even more WATCH TIME than the ones that performed better in the past. Videos with 16seconds watch time do not even hit the For you page. Weird. While I used to have videos with 7s or 9 watch time, and they ALWAYS hit the FYP

I had a video removed for "dangerous acts" because I was doing a show and tell in my car of some antique scissors I had just picked up from restoration. And then when I posted a rant video to complain about it, that got removed for the same thing even though I was literally just speaking into the camera in bed. I contested both removals and they reinstated them pretty quickly but I don't know if that had an effect on my page or not. My videos lately aren't even getting 100 views and prior to that were only getting on average 150-200 no matter what I posted, what sounds, what hashtags. But yet the app continues to show me creators REPEATEDLY that I don't follow and whose videos I have never liked or engaged with. Its frustrating
