Separate from this is breaking and entering if the illegal entry required destruction or bypassing of secure measures. Even filming in someone's private home without owner permission is a crime, it's not a public space, there's an expectation of privacy. He also threatened that other homeowner who told him to leave. Agree. I also disagree with August's statement about how no one would care with the one off statement. To us the viewers for sure, but to the people being recorded to quote August from earlier in his video " they don't know it's a prank". Hearing him yell dates ( unless August cut out some context that he revealed it was a "joke") if it were me would make me think he is making a threat. "What did I do to anger him? Why me?" Etc. I would end up informing security if not calling the cops thinking I and others are being threatened by an unhinged man.

I've heard of stupid internet pranks in the past, but this is on a whole new level. That is not a prank, it's a felony! Genuinely this is getting more terrifying and unsettling. I refuse to go on TikTok as so much of the content nowadays is just rage bait, click bait (not like YT can be as well) and harboring inappropriate behavior that if you or I would even think of trying. Our parents would already be 10 steps ahead and properly put us in our place. And it seems as though that KZbin, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook are not keeping with guidelines, updating guidelines appropriately, or in a sense encouraging this type of behavior. And then people wonder why many (such as myself) stay afraid and single. People like these hooligans are people you don't want to associate yourself with in fear that you'll get in trouble with or for them.
