TikToker Francesco LoPresti Dead At 24: See Kaitlin Reagan's Tribute

TikTok star Francesco LoPresti has died at the age of 24 following a battle with cancer. His girlfriend, fellow social media star Kaitlin Reagan, announced the sad news in a TikTok video on Wednesday. "I'm really sorry, because my goal was for you guys to watch him ring the bell. But the cancer took his life, and Francesco passed away on Monday, March 21," she said in part, adding that everything she does "will be for him" moving forward.

I’ve just discovered your and Francesco’s content, and I must say, that you’ve both changed my life for the better. Ive been down this same journey, but with my father. I remember being so angry as to why he was chosen to battle such an aggressive, terminal cancer. His lifestyle only represented wellness! I remember what my dad said to me one day on his 7th round of intensive chemo, after hearing my cries as to “why him?” “Why NOT me?” He says…. “I’m a positive, healthy, young (enough) individual who can try to fight this. Some others wouldn’t stand a chance!” You and Francesco were both so brave and supportive to one another throughout the toughest battle of your lives. Thank you for documenting what the majority of us have to go through (at one point or another) because it really can be a lonely world battling this disease. Beautiful soul gone too soon, beautiful woman left to live out a life made better by said soul.❤️

Im so sorry. I found out i have cancer oct 26 2023. Im 45 i dnt feel that old but im so depressed n sleep all day everyday. I been w my man for like 8 or 9 yrs. My lung cancer metastasizes to my brain. 7 lesions the 1st time when i found out about lung cancer i had 7 tumors on my brain. Its been a year. I had one more spot go to my brain. I have no energy. Im not even doing chemo. Im just laying in bed alll day n night. It sucks. I need to find something to get my ass up. My heart breaks for you!!!
