My uncle lives in japan~ my family and I visit him usually during out winter break. It’s really nice over there :D I highly recommend visiting!

this is so funny to me. I live in Tokyo and this is so unrealistic lol i have always said there is the Tokyo for the natives and then the Tokyo for the tourists, same with Seoul please think for a long time before you decide to come here to live. It’s honestly better to just visit for 2-3 weeks and then go home

TBH THIS SHOULD NOT BE SAID THAT JAPAN IS A BAD PLACE TO LIVE because it breaks so many aspirations. As an Indian Ik tht I don't live in TAJ MAHAL lmao. But it doesn't mean that I hate where I live. INDIA might be unsafe and unhygienic at times. L.A. might be depressing and unsafe too. JAPAN might be dangerous and scary at times. There are cons everywhere, So why not we just manifest the cons that we would HAPPILY bear?

I've always wanted to live in Japan. I told my dad about this and him having been to Japan quite a lot of times because of work reasons, said that it's quite expensive to live there. I wanna atleast try exchange student program or smth (also in some international schools there offers tuition fees depending on what level of Kanji, kana etc or communication skills in Japanese you are on... Or smth, not so sure anymore since I forgot). Although I'm not really confident in going out my comfort zone but I'm willing to try going to Japan, I just need a reassurance that my fam could help me financially if smth happen while in Japan and my dad said we can't yet so... I'll just be patient.
