he liked them all for different reasons. it's like choosing your favorite child or favorite flower or piece of jewelry...thy are all perfect in certain circumstances. sometimes gelsey was his favorite muse, sometimes suzanne, sometimes diana....whoever spoke to what he was creating that day. i am sure he would have enjoyed tiler's technical expertise and her gung-ho energy though...

I've seen a lot of great danseurs barely get through this section just doing the single pirouette and I think only Misha did the double tour with one leg in retire/passe position {I hope that's clear, my keyboard doesn't do the accents!} as I understand Balanchine originally intended. So, pretty impressed!

she is a tall girl and dances a bit more slowly than gelsey. she went off the music a bit at the end here during the turn sequence.
