This Tillotson big bore stroker engine is the biggest most powerful mini bike engine we've ever built! With 20%+ displacement than the Tillotson 212, this Tillotson 263cc stroker is a beast! This engine is also 13:1 compression ratio, runs on 100 octane Sunoco racing fuel, has a moflow1 billet cylinder head, has big valves, a 28mm carburetor, and more.

Just a tip: When wanting to apply stickers perfectly straight, I know this seems counter initiative, spray the surface you’re applying to with glass cleaner, put the sticker on and move to desired location, and you can get your sticker perfectly straight when everything dries. The sticker will adhere even harder over time.

My buddy was a murder out guy ... he popped of at a bagger guy at a show "crome won't get you home" the bagger guy replied "maybe, but it will get you laid and who wants to go home if you could be getting laid" shut my buddy down...he walked off speechless, mouth agape😂 that into reminded me of that and brought me a laugh

We used to put the copper head gaskets, from our motocross bikes, on the burners of electric stove tops and let 'em get hot enough to glow. Had to brush 'em off before installing, but it worked great.
