It's scary how easy Tim can fall into character archetypes. He does so well parodying humanity, types of personalities its scary. And there's always a complete honestly about it, but every move is calculated. ITS WEIRD. GOD IM SO UNCOMFORTABLE

I too used to be a trash person, who knew what numbers were, was addicted to marijuana, and lacking in business, health and poetry. Then the turkey wetsuit man came to me in a dream, and directed me to Tim & Eric's Zone Theory. I forgot what numbers were, aligned my poetry with my business center, divorced my old family, and now only smoke marijuana like a cigarette. There was no money in my book, but "50" has no meaning to me, anyway--I've evolved past it. Can't wait to hit Plane 8, so I can learn what numbers are, see my old family, try to forget that I sacrificed someone and throw out the book. Ba'hee pris dimmie.

I've always enjoyed the excessively stylized aesthetic of Tim and Eric's work, but I've had an epiphany while watching this video. These guys are waaaaay ahead of their time, like a goddamned time warp - they have a resonance within so many levels of absurdity, their metaphysical satire is sadistically cynical, and their sardonic commentary is scathing in an almost genteel manner - their comedic juxtaposition is one of the most eccentric, yet accessible forms of performance art I've ever seen. Tim and Eric's art is the the art of subtlety and nuance, and it is really, truly brilliant. "Underrated" is a poor descriptor for the formidable comedy duo; "under-appreciated" is far more appropriate.
