Awkward family relationships 2. Low-quality commercials/religious programming 3. British humor (Robert Popper, Peter Serafinowicz, Monty Python, Chris Morris) Can't give you a solid answer as to where I got this information, but there are sincere interviews out there.

This whole thing is a comedic masterpiece. From the setting to the characters and the interviewer. Going from talking about a new religious cult book and the different stages to Trump knowing how to tickle Tim in his special spot. You can sometimes see how close they are going over the edge and breaking character. But all three of them manage to get through it. Unbelievably good.
