And if you enjoyed this video, please subscribe! Also, I really think we need a Burton Batman Begins, with Michael Keaton and Danny Devito, Arnold Schwarzenegger & Jim Carrey return. Arnold & Carrey aren’t canon to Keaton, but I think they should just say they have darker versions in that world. Plot is the joker acid was mixed with Jack Nicholson’s DNA and infects a high school student. A little campier over my normal Batman, but it’ll do well.

I don't wanna start a comment war by bringing up Zack Snyder... but does anyone else find it funny they basically did the same thing to Tim Burton they did to Zack Snyder? They highered them both because they had a darker vision for the characters and when it got too dark they said "lol your movies don't sell toys, bye bye!" And went on to someone who would make the films more goofy. Pretty sad pattern if you ask me and I hope they learn to let writers and directors just express themselves and not be restrained by "can we make a toy out of this?" And it's not like they couldn't and haven't..

So, are we just ignore that Batman Forever was pretty dark too? And it had to be cut down because of interference and that Batman and Robin is too campy because of those same complainers. Catwoman and Poison Ivy are kinda over-sexualized because that was how they were meant to be portrayed; at least in view of the 90's. (Although, I like Batman and Robin and it got pretty dark and tragic too) I mean, "The Batman" is probably the darkest Batman film to date now with all of it's themes and implications of harsh and violent deaths and mentally disturbed individuals causing havoc. Dark themes is what Batman is about.
