A few years ago I finally figured out why I am severely triggered by being ignored. Listening to Tim in this video is the first time I've heard any professional spell out the being ignored thing that comes to us adults from our experience in childhood. This is the first time my trigger and analysis of the trigger was ever validated by another human being. You can imagine how grateful I am to Tim, and to you, Ladies, for doing this segment.

He shares one of the best definitions of spiritual abuse that I've ever heard! @32:15 Also I love the bit about how one needs to be authentic with safe people because that's where the healing happens @1:00:45 Thank you, Tim. Your work is legendary.

Casey was the number one baseball hitter with the most home runs all the years in baseball. He was sort stop and first baseman for years. Casey and Kyle made AllStars every year. Then when Casey was in 12 th grade he and Lonnie met a foreign guy and they sold extacy and Casey took extacy for a whole year I was told and I had no idea because I didn’t have a clue about it

Tim says at one point the child may feel very abandoned without having to ever heard being rejected, when they realize their needs weren't met. I wonder how you differentiate between the real needs of a child and the possibly exaggerated desires?
