Met Tim at the Dadeland mall in Miami around 1997. He couldn't have been nicer. Talked a minute and he gave me his autograph. About time they put the killer crossover in the hall. Congrats Tim!

I tried to warn my lil cuz that Zo wasn’t cool but he was my cousins favorite heat and he wasn’t having it. But Barry Sanders is a total gentleman and he loves his fans for real the best sports person I’ve ever met and I’ve seen a lot of them living in Miami and My work.

When he was the assistant coach for the Detroit Pistons I use to scream at the top of my lungs during free throws and timeouts "PUT TIM HARDAWAY IN THE HALL OF FAME". I Like to think I helped the long overdue Timmy "Killer Crossover" Hardaway get in the hall. God Bless Tim. This is much deserved.

They let him in because the nba changed the rules and now records are falling not because players are better but because of the rule changes. They created a monster and now players from past years who set the standards are being forgotten. When you have people talking about green from the warriors is a better player then Rodman or Sir Charles just because of his rings and today's style of play the players that the new guys are on the shoulders of need to be paid their due.

His handles were amazing, loved watching his moves, despite scaring me as a Bulls fan when the Bulls went against Heat in the first round of 1996 playoffs. I thought he ruined his HOF chances with his homophobic remark more than a decade ago, but hey, he apologized and deserved the second chance. Also great that all of the Run TMC are in the HOF now. Huh, how come? Had a respectable career for sure, but not enough to earn HOF ticket (of course, I'm wrong). One of sane activities I did during the height of pandemic is to review the Knicks-Heat rivalry. He failed (or choked) in 1998 and 1999. He claimed having the sense of urgency, but he failed to deliver. With age and decline caught up with him in addition being outplayed by young and athletic Baron Davis, he was traded to Dallas (2001). He quipped Pat Riley will never win a Title again (until wronged in 2006). Guess his homophobic remarks then making amends was the top reason he was considered-then-inducted, not his court legacy.

@@rukawa23gold Before cussing, better consider: Did "Run TMC" went deep to the Playoffs, at least? Sure, they made the game fun, but they're not winners. Before Don Nelson implemented this "small ball" concept, he did that first in Milwaukee, pushing Boston to the brink of elimination in the Playoffs few times. Unlike this "Run TMC", the Bucks were more of a threat. Besides, if "Run TMC" is that good, then why they broke up 2-3 years later with no championship to showcase? 😑😅 Hall of Fame committee must re-emphasize winners, champions, and putting the game onto another level in a consistent basis as non-negotiables -- not one-hit-wonders.

@@OrionOodama You are wrong. The Hall of Fame is for players who revolutionized the game! Tim Hardaway did that! Championships is not the only decider in Hall of Famer careers, it's just the icing on the cake. Also can't blame Hardaway for the bad front office decisions of Golden State at that time. They traded Mitch Richmond for Billy Owens which was a horrible move. Then they found a way to ruin the Latrell Sprewell and Chris Webber duo. That was all front office and coaching failures and a bit of injuries.
