Wiggins was so good. He didn't have a lot of points but WHEN he scored was perfect timing to kill their momentum and silence the crowd. That's an undervalued aspect.

The analysts don't seem to see that the Celtics are an energy dependent team an feed of the significance of the moment. Game 1 was their Super Bowl. We were gonna see their absolute best that game because it's the Finals and it's game 1, that was the moment they built up to. Game 3 was significant because it was the first Finals game on their court and they fed off that moment. Now there's nothing to play for. Game 5 is the moment the Warriors have wanted for 2 years. Their court, their guys, ready to play, wanting to prove they're still great. Klay being left off the NBA 75 while two losers in AD and Harden got in? Dray not getting dpoy while guys were hurt, and being in the 2nd team this year? Steph being told he's not the same shooter he once was? The Celtics are losing in 6.

Ngl Legs is correct, that adjustment by ime is gonna be risky because letting anyone else beat you is a risky thing to do with the Warriors because imagine if Klay is cooking or if JP is cooking, that could be a recipe for disaster because Curry gonna get his points regardless and you can’t stop the bleeding twice.

They left guys wide open again for 3's just like game 1. They need to do a better job. But Celtics defense on Curry has been abysmal and it blew up in their face tonight.

I don't agree. Curry made unbelievable shots and moves against aggressive, swarming defense. Boston has best defense in the league- that's what makes Curry's performance so transcendent. The C's kept taking the threes in the 4th and, as Leggs said, the pressure got to them. But Boston played physical, swarming defense on Curry all game long.

@@dmichael100 Steph has had so much open easy shots unlike KD had. There not even taking him seriously maybe they will next game but no there not even doubling him lol.

They are reluctant to double as that leaves Warriors with an easy 2 on 1 in the paint a lot. They mixed it in this game but Curry fought through it. You can't expect that from Curry every night though so other players on GS need to find their footing. Wiggins has been good.

As a Warriors fan, it's so frustrating to see them having good looks in the paint and still can't drain it especially Wiggins and Dray. Good thing they both cleaned it up in the 4th when Curry was getting all the defensive attention. But it's still scary coz Brown, Smart and even White made it look so easy to attack Warriors in the paint. If Steph didn't go ballistic, they would surely lose that game. Boston can't miss especially from 3

But that's what championship teams do: win ugly, even when some things aren't working that night. A lot of teams can look hot one night (Memphis beating GS by 40; Dallas in Game 7 vs Phoenix, etc.) but a champion has options when everyone/everything is not clicking. And Draymond came up with some big plays at the end after he was ineffective for 90% of the game. That's what champions do...and Legler MIGHT have a better idea of what a championship team is that you or I.

If I’m being completely honest I think it’s literally the Celtics vs Steph. He’s literally all the warriors have rn. The Celtics just turn it over too much. Yes Wiggins has been great but all of the Celtics guys are good enough on offense to cancel that out. The Celtics just aren’t playing clean enough basketball and they’re letting Steph keep the warriors in it because he’s so great.
