One of my favorite drivers at my local track, Greg Cantrell Jr.'s engine failed him and he was done for the evening with a couple of classes yet to have their features ran and out of nowhere I see him finding himself a seat in the stands and was carrying 6 beers with him. Cheers!

He was iconic American race driver! He put a punctuation mark on his era! But it was pretty easy to get a beer after a wreck. Because race fans are the best! I actually was given a beer after wrecking my first race car at Waterford Hills Road racing in Waterford Michigan. All I had to do was climb over the fence, lol and the fans took care of business

I miss Tim so much, NASCAR was never the same after he passed away.

1:38 Surprised to see a 1985 Nissan 300zx turbo pacing the field. Wonder how that came about.

Man, I didn't even catch that and I was a big NASCAR fan at the time. Cool car, but yes a Nissan pace car for NASCAR in 1985 was odd.

You know with him in those stands, some of those men's with their wives and girlfriends there would have love to be with him.

It’d been interesting how Earnhardt would have done the following years if Richmond didn’t die. They were evenly matched and I’m a big Earnhardt fan
