The way he so calmly drags that thing out of the thicc stuff. Doesn't make a sound, or yell for the net. Gives Matt more time for the net by working the fish around the front of the boat.....seasoned and literally so "tactical". Even where and when he decided to pitch. He watched Matt pitch and then picked his spot 🔥😍 GOALS!

@witchdoctor8133 жыл бұрын
@@20hasbro I'm in the Tampa area which is about 2hrs give or take from where you're heading to. I'm not too familiar with that area. The only advice I have is to check Google maps or Fishbrain and beat the banks hard if you have no boat. I catch fish anywhere: retention ponds, ditches, lakes, golf courses, etc. TBH most my best spots have no fishing signs, I'm not proud but it is what it is.

That's odd. I get bit by them fairly often. I was going to say at least Matt didn't get his line broke. They cut me off like they have a razor blade. Using braid is the worst they cut that so easily. In fact it happens enough that I figured out a trick when using braid. I put super glue on my line and apply starting at the knot and about 2 inches up from the knot. It creates a hard barrier that is tooth proof.

Florida puts me in a state of confusion probably cause a 20 hour drive south from the 216 and I’m in the spawn in February All I can say is Golden shiners match the hatch I watched guides when I was vacationing in my boat and took notes from the great American fisherman Roland (he owned a bait shop on the big O) and applied it to other Florida lakes for successful trips Plus being a total different fishery causes that disorientation That water color is a factor also, is that coffee or tea, whatever it is it’s better than the ice on Erie in February Saw you’s on the Bog show video (MikyBallz) Be safe, stay covered, and fish on

Y’all should do a series where you help anglers catch a Pb or their first double digit or something it would be really cool to watch. I grew up in MD and our state record is just over 10 and was caught in a private farm pond lol I’ve never seen a bass over 6 in person. We’re a striper state :/

Somehow I missed watching this gem when it came out, but love to see it, even if it was a couple years ago. Halfway through the video & had to pause it because I’m scared I’ll find out that Tim lassoed this giant on another one of Matt’s birthdays. 😂/😢 On a side note, I think there is a commonly unnoticed element of bass behavior that gets drawn out only in a co-angler setting. Something to be said for throwing 2 lures simultaneously at the same set of fish. Would make for an interesting topic &or even underwater video!
