What is the purpose of the concrete slab? Are the concrete pillars and lintels not sufficient for a foundation - especially for a lightweight construction type? Genuinely interested - love the videos

Darren what are you going to do with the wall next to the brick paving were you put the lintel under the brickwork it looks like a gap there?

It will just be cement. It’s plaster that was knocked off. The lower part of the extension is going to be rendered and blended in to the existing house
