There are very few of us left that can do the math and can picture the angles and what supports what in our heads. You don’t learn this playing video games. Someday only the Amish will be able to build a timber frame building.

Yes...its not being taught to our youth now a days i am one of the last generations that actually did have vocational curriculum in grade school but I was near end of it.. Although you can find lots of info on just about anything today online...but actual hands on experiance is hard to get..you almost have to create your own if you want to gain it...when I wana learn an area in a trade I have not done I dive in an experiment...its best way now..etc
