Impressive how you just “dig into it”, I personally would never ever try to rebuild something like that. Where did you get all your experience from?

I have worked in repair shops on all sorts of things for my whole career. Recently I am back to working for myself, but have found that if you know how to use your tools, and stay organized, it is possible to take apart and figure out just about anything mechanical. Most automatics are stacks of wet clutches, planetaries and sprags, manuals are gears and shift forks, hydraulics are just oil movement, and engines are mostly pretty similar inside, once you know a few of the basic systems, most machines can be divided up into easily understood pieces. The hard part is getting over the scariness of tearing apart machines that can be worth a lot of money for the first time. If they're already broken, as long as you don't break pieces in the process, there isn't much downside to tearing into them.

What’s wrong with a similar gearbox? When the oil pressure fluctuates according to the engine speed.

The oil pressure is higher than it should be. My concern is that it could damage seals

How much money cost that gearbox in your country when is in fine and right condition?

I was finding reman ones starting at about $5000, they are a bit older and not the easiest to find
