We are going back and will be there in two weeks... I say this because it's a completely different experience. Get there when the park opens at 7am! It won't be busy. It'll be magical. When we were done by around noonish the park was packed. Just like your video shows. To me that's a horrible experience with that many people around. You don't have the luxury of stopping and hearing the park. All you hear is people. Completely different experience honestly. Yes, it's cold in the morning but I'd take that over being shoulder to shoulder with people. We drove the 4 hours from Split because it was that important to get there when they opened..hahaha. So we left at around 3am. Their highways are super nice so it was an enjoyable trek getting to the park.

^ With Route C.. if you remember lol( cause i dont remember everything from a trip sometimes). But, on Route C are you mostly walking downhill? Do you walk up many steep steps? I'm visiting with my older parents with one of them that has a hard time walking up steep hills on occasion. Also how long was it do you think to the lunch stop?

I think this route would have been ok for older parents. Also lunch stop can be as long or as short as you would like it to be
