Being alone does not equal feeling lonely. I've always had friends and siblings around me, yet I know I'm a naturally solitary person. There is a world of difference between both states of mind. Good luck to anyone reading these words who is having a hard time. Your future is what you make it.

Loneliness is feeling as if there are no people to go to that will genuinely care about your needs, problems and desires. And not feeling this while not being around people or not having people who want to hear you generally means your life is in such a circumstance where you can provide for yourself that your inner desires i.e your ability to will something into existence and accomplish something, make a plan, and execute is not inhibited. There is a reason why so many successful entrepreneurs on KZbin almost never had a major failure or they continued successes (when you look into them), it turns out people who win feel more motivated and vindicated to keep going and people who lose feel less and less drawn to pursuing something. In other words the successful who are lucky have an unstated level of arrogance about them and disdain for people. Eventually they will get theirs, in one fashion or another. When your accomplishments fail you, then talking to someone genuinely helps. People who fail, and then lack accomplishments feel lonely. The poor are lonely.

I remember years ago reading in esquire that Rihanna came to the US as a young teen without her family. Great dancer, but just an ok singer. Occasionally, I find solitude enjoyable. Loneliness isn't an illness; it's a feeling. Regardless of the number of friends one has, loneliness can still be felt. Engaging in workouts, pursuing hobbies, reading books, and researching topics that are meaningful to your life can be beneficial.

My loneliness is that I am completely on my own to do my job, I have no help cannot vent my frustrations to anyone, because no one cares and they have their own jobs to worry about. And I think it’s completely natural and definitely not a serious problem. I listen to casts such as this to break up the monotony of life with hopes of reaching the end with some sanity left.
