Time dilator is excellent with heat scaling. Maybe it needs a minimum cooldown of 1 second or something.

Idk if it's just me but shields seem like they are shadow nerfed. They still have the same hit chance but lately I notice they don't hit very often, and certainly not 30% of the time. I've had games against hammer dagger where they don't block at all.

I would probably put the time dilator in between all goobs, seems crazy. And if you get rainbow goob, defeat the enemy with rainbow + time xd
