I like this series. Someone should've done this a long time ago covering all the effects

Justin Odisho did. The idea isn't new. The depth and quality is.

I did Ben Marriott's Loki tutorial a few months ago and thought it was cool and it was awesome learning about this effect, and your video is a fantastic followup because you get to talk about things that are way outside the scope of what Ben is doing. This is great content. Will definitely be following you on Skill Share.

I remember someone on a forum asked if there is an explanation of every effect in after effects, here it is

Wow, its not often a channel explains not only explains how to use an effect, but how to utilize it optimally. Thank you!

You can also use the mosaic effect instead of the posterize one. Thanks for this video!

Okay, okay. GREAT video! I could go on about your coverage of the main topic. But this one is a fine example of how you mix the learning about the topic with the artistic side (cool curves and encouragement to experiment) with the nuts and bolts (change how Ae interprets frame rates in different applications). Additionally, I echo many of the comments below. Thanks, Jake

Great, great content. Here's my own approach to a looping expression in either direction: time < key(1).time ? loopIn() : loopOut()

I wish that I could find you earlier, before I Learned AfterEffects by Myself. World is surely unfair, Jake, you do really good tutorial videos, for me - better than others creators. Because they mostly recreating something instead of teaching someone to do something. You should have 10 times more subs (minimum 10times). I hope that you will hit that amount of subs in the future.
