They don't have a keyboard player anymore. The lead singer (Joakim) actually came to "audition" as keyboard player, but when they heard him sing, they put him as the frontman instead. And hired another keyboard player 😊. The vocalist is still playing keyboard on their studio tracks. He and the base guitarist (Pär) are the only band members left from the early days. If you like older history, check out Sabaton's "The last stand" (official music video. It's about the sack of Rome, 1527) and "Blood of Bannockburn" (official lyric video. About the battle of Bannockburn, 1314). Two epic songs! 🤘😊

Actually it was just like "hey, you have to sing until we find a vocalist". Here we are, 20 years later - no keyboard player anymore and Joakim still at the front 😂

Midway is a song about the battle of Midway. Ghost division Live from Woodstock is amazing. Carolus Rex About a Swedish king, Night withes from their latest tour is great there you can see the stage also.

@@itsCVSE if you do carolus rex maybe do a dubble reaction and do both the swedish and english version together? most reaction channels have done the english version but the general opinion is that the swedish version is the better one.

I realy liked your commentary and reaction to this epic song. If you are not just into Powermetal, but also into Metalcore or wanna take a look at this genre, I can recommend either Eskimo Callboy (from Germany) with their newest song Hypa Hypa (it´s just crazy good) or Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas (from Japan and yes their named like the movie) with their song Gong of Knockout.

Unfortunately I’ve already heard Hypa Hypa on a radio playlist before I could react to it :( but I can definitely check I’m out the other one!

Oh, and you like the symphonic part at the end? One word for you, friend... Nightwish. They are a symphonic metal band from Finland, with a Dutch goddess frontwoman, who happens to be married to the drummer of Sabaton. _Ghost Love Score_ (Nightwish, Live @Wacken, 2013) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIrNep9-jKd0jNE
