This process is so deep! I never would have known this if I would not have gone through this experience with you! I am much more educated and therefore more empathetic toward couples having to go this route. I'm just honestly so sorry you have to go through all of this instead of it just naturally taking place. Talk to the doctor and the embryologist that you talked to about what happened and make them make it right. Make them help you. Tell them you are done dicking around with messages and front desks and all that stuff. You need answers. I know people are saying to lawyer up, but honestly that will just add more cost and stress to the situation. I know you are thinking this through, so I would suggest taking an entire day and pull a Karen and don't take no for an answer and make them make this right. If they don't in that 24 hours, then get a lawyer and tell them that you will be escalating this because you are done. That will take care of that. Then, in a positive light, this egg retrieval will go smoothly and you will succeed, which is why you need to get that shit taken care of first because it's causing added stress.
