Guys... fantastic build... Im looking to do exactly the same... right next to My bungalow..... did you need planning permission to build between the building and close to the fence/boundary?

I’m building similar, I want to put mine hard up against the wall. Using the same construction of membrane over batton then ply. If I hard fixed that then flat up against the gable wall of the house is that just going to trap damp and push it in as there’s no airflow? If I vented it from underneath as it’s going on a raised deck would that be enough to let it breathe? Thank you - Great helpful video!

No it comes under permitted development. Maximum height of 2.5m If you require to live and sleep in it then you require planning.
