Sooo much of this resonated!😄 I for one am definitely more productive if I'm starting my day from a happy place, doing the things I want to do. It actually makes the things i DON'T want to do, easier and faster to complete. Also, completely agree about doing the thing versus getting the thing done - and cooking is always the example i use! I love to eat. I don't like to cook. I'm perfectly happy to pay someone to operate in their genius and make me a delicious meal, as opposed to me figuring out a)what i want to eat and b)what i feel like making...assuming i even have the ingredients (which, if i don't, creates another errand - grocery shopping!).

Very interesting take on how to structure the day. It's the opposite of "Eat The Frog"

Love the concept of setting up positive energy by performing a task that I enjoy first. I never did agree with the “ eat the frog first” concept. I also agree with making life and work easier. This is THE LIFE HACK. It’s about energy management. Not time management.

@Alexis aka MissTrenchcoat Love the way you created two buckets - we like to do bucket and we don't like to do bucket. I dread scheduling because invariably it stress me out. Maybe if I adopt the outcome focused approach it might help. Great video & concepts. My problem is once I start what I love (scrapbooking) I don’t stop😬. I could set a timer & will try that. I do look at your coffee example differently. And I have the same issue with iced tea. I look at going downstairs to make tea (1 drink at least a gallon a day!) as “getting my steps in”! I walk at least 10K steps a day & my back doctor wants me to change positions every 15 minutes. I’m betting a lot of people would benefit from this. I get losing your work flow so your mindset would have to shift to walking as time well spent exercising. Then one might have to work on their self discipline to get back to work and into your flow. I guess it’s just whatever works for each person. I’m pretty self disciplined.
