There is no little dispute about when the Sabbath Day occurs. One of the largest questions is whether or not Saturday is really the correct 7th day and the day that Messiah kept when he was alive. Join us as we look to see if the day of Saturn (Saturday) is on the Sabbath or if the Sabbath Day was moved to be on Saturn’s Day.

I had to pause the video to comment. As a beginner in the faith, I have witnessed what it was like. I remember having a lot of questions, doubts, all of which it was because I only wanted to understand. I remember wondering why Saturday coincidentally fell exactly on Shabbath. Being aware that the devil is the father of lies, I was all confused. Started to feel really lost thinking that having a non-Hebraic calendar could've been a lie and to deviate me from the truth. Who knew that the day the Lord told Moses to keep a specific day was the Saturday we know. Like how can I be sure that throughout a very long time people kept the exact holy day? This is one of the many confusions I had. You don't how appreciated I feel for 119 Ministries to clarify so much with trustworthy evidence. May the Creator bless you all and guide you to divine wisdom, strength to overcome all temptations, and may the Lord make you feel happy for doing His will in this world full of darkness.

I didn't see any scriptural proof. I only saw historical documents without scriptural understanding. How would you know day to keep Sabbath if you never had mans doctrines and you were stranded on an island without any deception and all you had was the sky and the scriptures? How would you do it?

Yehovah shalom thank you brother another good teaching on the word. Truly Sabbath is the only day given a name Sabbath. All others are called days of the week the first day the second day the third day the fourth day the fifth day the sixth day. Even Genesis uses the term days for creation. And the seventh day is the only day he gives a name. And even to even he gives to each day for its beginning and ending.

...some very positive comments over what is relayed in earnest, in this message. Yet, it is curious to me how reliant we can be on historical recordings of fallen man. The same were not "inspired" like we like to argue for scriptural recordings. I have read and studied so much over 5 decades that these named historical records can not be viewed as any more accurate then Darwin's theory of evolution, or David Attenbourogh's theories for the age of the earth and it's evolution. There just has to be more to answer the scheptics.

For the last fifteen years my work week is Wednesday thru Tuesday so I always celebrate the Shabbat from Monday at sundown to Tuesday at sundown. I was told recently that that was not what God meant when he said you will work 6 days and rest on the seventh. Everyone is to work the same six days like the Jews did. That is what God meant. Am I going against God’s instructions, I work 6 days and rest on the seventh, I thought I was keeping the sabbath.

Do the best you can. God is not some hardass that wants to bust you for doing something wrong. He wants you to obey out of love and choose wisely. If you are required to work and you feel He wants you to continue in that field, then continue doing the best you can given your limitations. If not, switch careers and adjust accordingly. I would not choose to work the weekly shabbat unless I had no other course. When I was out of work for several months, I was dispatched to a 7-12's shutdown job. It was that or unemployment. Not providing for my family is lazy and worse than unbelief, so I worked the *temporary* shutdown and when a better position opened up, I took it.

I'm not following. According to your calendar on your website you have the New Moon/Month 1 starting Tuesday into Wednesday 21/22 of March 2023. How is our Gregorian Saturday, the 25th of March Shabbat if its only 4 days into the new month? Thanks.

Julius Caesar came along and changed the calendar! In order to realign the Roman calendar with the sun, Julius Caesar had to add 90 extra days to the year 46 B.C. when he introduced his new Julian calendar. He also changed New Year's Day to January 1st.

Be careful; the day always begins with first light. This easily proved with the exodus from Egypt; the quails that got gathered on a Sabbath evening, Abrahams covenant, and also by His resurrection.

I’m 16 years old I am struggling by understanding “Deuteronomy 5:15” because someone told me the creation sabbath and this sabbath is different. Which they was basically saying that there’s two sabbath. Also, they are saying that the creation sabbath was over after Moses came up with the new commandments that it’s for the Israelites for leaving out of Egypt. I don’t know how to answer to this and what to tell that person about that verse can you PLEASE HELP ME!

Can you confirm this from your testing please ? The date they kept falls on the next day the 28th of March... The Israelites learned a lot of false teachings from the nations around them, Shabbat included. These same people didn’t recognize messiah. Genesis teaches us that the sun moon and stars are to be used for time keeping, this includes, new moon days, feasts and Shabbats. pretty hard to explain away many verses in the bible talking about when the temple was to be opened for sacrifices and all the verses talking about new moon days. I will not follow a Roman Calendar when YHVH has a beautiful sky clock. A man made pagan papal calendar is not Yahuah’s calendar.

The Roman day of Saturn was the first day of the week until Constantine changed Sunday to the first day…. If they 8th day was removed and the weekly cycle was shifted then how do we know which day is the original Saturn day?
