The drive from the main road to this place is about 4.5 km; there's no means of transport and there's not much movement of people in that road.

I agree with @shobapai252. The campus is spread out with lots of common area parks. But tough for seniors who are not physically agile to physically avail the facilities at canteen or club house. But home delivery is available at cost and pick up drop is catered though it has hick up at times.

Too costly ; vast campus.greenery good- but lacking in some facilities.

Not only the place is far from main road but also the complex is so vast you need either the buggy or your own car to go for lunch and dinner and breakfast!!! Also doctors room doesn’t look it has any Doctors at all. On the whole it’s only for very strong energetic rich elders not for people with disabilities or even old dependent elders.

You assessment is correct. The resident welfare assessment has tied up with SRM hospital which caters to the residents with clinical facilities with a Dr available. Where as the Dr provided by the maintenance agency as learnt is for not adequate. If they both combine and provide one single Medical facility that will be bettet
