guilty of the "I've lost X% of my capital might as well put all the rest on the table" which ended up in me losing everything, and the funny thing is the price went back up at the end of that day, so if i just stuck to the position i'd have gotten back all my margin size but yeah learned a lesson from that. emotions are certainly one of the biggest challenges in trading

Great video Mark! Your instruction is always on point!👊🏾 I find that the ultimate way to keep from blowing up an account is proper risk management, but when I go into drawdown, I always take a step back, review prior trades, and tweak my system for current market conditions.
