This guy…has done it. Not one of these goons that is telling everyone their training is crap having done nothing or changing his mind every other day. Nope, Matt has a simple message that relies on simple principles that are time tested and effective. Our community needs this fella. Fucking awesome video again Matt.

Understatement of the century! He's got it from a meathead standpoint AND a nerd standpoint. Best of both worlds!

Heading to Wisconsin next week be for World Finals in Strongman Games at 105kg because I qualified at 105kg back in September in Ocean City Maryland. My plan was to try and make it at 90kg but I got stuck at like 95kg on diet and was on too short of a time line. Debating if I want to start of the new season in February at 90kg for prostrongman league. In federation with 100kg that’s like awesome weight class for me but 105kg is hard for me, and it makes running through the woods with gear on harder. I also could chill out on intensity at 90kg all contests will be lighter weights. Just a ramble. Thanks for the consistency on content hope you are well!

Was this diet before you started working with Stan Efferding or after? I didn't notice much monster mash, but there was still some overlap

Using the race car analogy, using the wrong fuel type will result in reduced performance and, most likely, damage to the engine.

Do you think krill oil is comparable to fish oil? Feels like it works better than fish oil for me but it might just be placebo not sure. I always get the strong fishy taste even when it says no fishy taste and it gives me indigestion.

Quick question Matt. Have you ever seen truly intense lifters come back to compete at an actual high level (National or greater) after inguinal hernia repair (laprascopic)? Surgeon's advice today is something along the lines of "You'll never touch squats or deadlifts in or above the 5s again without blowing it out." I need concrete evidence against this idiotic suggestion. Thanks in advance.

You're a car guy, aren't you? You use those analogies a lot. I'd like a random video of you talking cars or showing what you have or wtf ever.
