As a nurse for over 33 years....make sure that they remove the entire cyst sac...the membrane that surrounds the cyst. If the entire sac (sack) isn't removed, the cyst WILL return. They should send the cyst contents to pathology for a report of exactly what the cyst was...if a normal dermoid cyst, all should be benign. A couple of months after surgical removal should show no sign of the cyst ever being there. But if you feel a small "bb" shape or small bump in that area, it's the dermoid reforming...because they didn't remove the entire cyst. Here's hoping it is removed 100%!!!!

Why would doc’s not take the sac out? Dr. Pimple Popper sees cases where the sac wasn’t removed. Makes no sense…I know it happens but seems dumb to choose to leave it.

Watching your family grow has been an absolute joy... I had babies when I was a teen one year apart and gave them both up for adoption to the father's brother and his wife who could not have kids and we come full circle when I turned 25 and after trying for 3 years to get pregnant I found out that I had trauma due to my second daughters premature birth by c section and I never knew but I had extensive scar tissue. I couldn't afford to do IVF or even adoption so I just didn't have kids and it broke me, I started down a bad path for a few years and then God delivered me and now I'm at peace at 42 with my fur babies... I rescue dogs... But I love watching y'all

@@deborahevans1052… she’s two. But she missed out on a good 6-8 month period of breast feeding… there’s nothing wrong with long term feed infact it’s healthier for kiddos and creates a strong bond with mom and kid. Time for a big girl bed for Cassidy! As for the cyst, smallest incision right in the eyelid crease, small puncture of the cyst wall and remove contents, then remove the entire sac to prevent reoccurrence thru the small incision, then a couple/few micro-sutures (shouldn’t require more than 3-4 especially with a small incision) and all will be fine! I would recommend sedation so the surgeon isn’t dealing with a squirming little lady. Extremely simple procedure, the key to success is to make sure they remove the entire sac to prevent reoccurrence. As for her wanting to be like a Joey in the pouch, not a thing wrong with that! It just shows her bond with her momma!

I had a dermoid Cyst above my right eyebrow from the time I was born, it grew with me and I ended up being bullied in school about it. I went to a dermatologist who performed a minimal surgery at 11 and got an initial surgery. She did surgery about a 1/4 inch above my eyebrow and ended up not getting all of the cyst out and it grew back, I also now have little to no feeling in that area and a visible scar. A plastic surgeon at 13 helped me to fully remove it with a scar just at my eyebrow and it is invisible, my eyebrow grows over it and the cyst has never come back. I would go the route of the eyebrow because her hair could grow around/over it and no one would ever know. Blessings to you all❤️

It's really a blessing because we have both said we wanted to find other jobs. We just thought it would be on our timing. Also, for sharing your wisdom and knowledge, and your story with me "us". Thank You!! 🙂💛

My son (18) is starting grief counseling after losing his best friend last September. He doesn't really want to but I hope he will see the benefits and get some peace out of it. Been the hardest year of his life. Senior year of high school is supposed to be fun and it's been awful. Just ask for prayers of peace for him.

I love how hopeful and encouraging you are, it brings peace and comfort to all of us! Prayer request: I have recently quit my job in sales to peruse something more fulfilling. I don’t have a job to go to but I took a leap of faith because I knew I needed to. It was hard to leave a comfortable place but I know it’s not what I’m meant to do. Please pray to help me find my way. Sending all the love and hugs from London xxx

I want to start off by saying thank you! the last couple of videos you have put out have been messages I have needed to hear. Today's was a hard one but exactly what I needed to hear. I am struggling with health issues. It has been recommended I see a rheumatologist so we can try to get genetic testing done to figure things out but I am terrified of what it could show. I take care of my mom and I just am scared of what the testing could reveal. I have no kids and it scares me of what I could be facing in the future. I would love it if you all could be praying that I have the courage to set up the appointment with a rheumatologist and that I will find one that is caring and understanding!

I have that kind of cyst but on my brain stem. It was found after I started having symptoms from the cyst growing and damaging my nerves. I had brain surgery but they weren’t able to get it all without causing major damage. I’m glad Cassidy will be getting this done before it causes any major problems.

I had one removed as a teen. They did the incision at my eyebrow. I get fantom pains when weather is bad. My surgery took longer and I started to wake up so as a teen I had nightmares that a sewing machine was running over my face. My cyst was the size of a golf ball but they thought it was a size of a dime it was checked to see if it was cancerous but it was not. Prayers for your family

I remember a sweaty little toddler that struggled right up to her heart surgery & what a BLESSING it was to have her heart repaired & thriving... The eye lid surgery would be good to have plastics as they will use a lot small sutures & much closer & meticulously put in... My daughter had a gash on the edge of her eye that was sutured & the plastic surgeon told us that with young children a scar that, for example is on their forehead as a young child will end up growing up into the hairline by the time they are an adult... So fear not... They will do a miraculous job on little Cassidy & within a few years, you will barely see a little scratch type of a reminder & eventually not even noticeable unless pointed out... I LOVED seeing the onesie again... Such PRECIOUS Memories & I'm BLESSED that I've been able to enjoy & watch your family grow... When I saw the truck & motor home heading up the 15 freeway at Cajalco Rd in Corona the day you all were leaving California I knew I was unable to get off the freeway & catch up to you all to PRAY with you so when I got off the freeway in Temecula I stopped my car & bowed my head & PRAYED for You all with Safe Travels & Blessed memories of every stop you had... Hugs & Blessings Always Alex, Philip, Kinsley, Calle & Cassidy... GBY ALL 🙏❤️💙💖💖💖🐕🤗✝️ P.S... It looks like Cassidy has really grown this past 6 months... Like maybe 6-8 "... You go Cassidy 👍😁💖🤗✝️

I want to say.. Alex I love your bunny outfit. I was watching a few of my KZbin videos that are special to me last night. Our 4yr old Corgi was up at 2am playing with 14 yr old Yorkiepoo so I came out to the living room to rest. Like I was saying I was watching old videos and one was with you in your bunny suit telling the girls you were pregnant.. the 2nd one was you first anatomy scan. You really had no clue what your little peanut had.. you were so in the moment. Very special video still to me. Thank you for pausing your life and praying for us watching you. We all need prayer. Every day. Thank you again for turning me on to Brandon Lakes. He's great.

Our son is 21m old and was born with Laryngomalacia, dysphasia, GERD, and Eosinophillic Esophagitis. I had to quit my job as a kindergarten teacher to be able to get him to his appointments, biopsies and surgeries. My husband works his tail off but it is still not enough to cover our medical bills. We would deeply appreciate prayers for a new job opportunity for my husband Neil, and one that would be able to provide for our family and allow me to stay home a while longer while I continue to meet our son's needs. Always praying for your beautiful family, always cheering you all on. ❤

Alex, you are allowed to have a bit of anxiety when it comes to Cassidy. Look at what you have all been through. Please remind yourself though, that you & Phillip have also come a long way in this journey called life. Look at what you have been through (eg:- infertility, having a heart baby) & then remind yourself how INCREDIBLE you both are because you have supported each other through everything and you have been blessed with such a beautiful family (& I know you know how blessed you are). What amazes me though, is through your journey you always find a way to encourage others and that is such a beautiful thing (just goes to show how amazing you are). Anyway, I know you will help Cassidy through this next part of her journey and you will thrive yet again. ❤

I needed to see this vlog today. I had brain surgery on the 17th and I just need prayers for pain management please. That's the hardesr part right now. Please just pray that the pain gets under control and the physical wounds heal quickly so I can focus on my brain healing. I'm also getting the staples removed Monday and I'm TERRIFIED because I've been through it before and I know how much it hurts! Please pray for me!

My son had surgery for the dermoid cyst just a little before he turned 4. They did the incision just below the eyebrow. The plastics surgeon was absolutely amazing. He did I think 9 tiny stitches in the small incision (perhaps 2cm along). No swelling, veeeery minimal bruising, no complaint of any pain. We were set to alternate paracetamol and ibuprofen for days but it wasn't necessary at all. It was a little hard to keep him from his activities a little because we were afraid he would bump his very new surgical cut and/or break his stitches. It was smoother and easier than I ever could have imagined.
