How did you determine a value to make an offer on a neglected catamaran?

It's tricky! You start to get an idea of what boats are selling for when you start shopping around and visiting other boats. Then we start to put together comparison sheets, and add up the cost of the work that will need doing to get the boat to a certain standard, including labour time when we're doing the jobs ourselves. This gives a rough idea of how much we need to get off the price of a really run-down boat, but obviously, it's an estimate and the price ALWAYS creeps! We can do a video about it all if you're interested.

We also have two cats so TC, and how you accommodate your furry family member really piqued our interest.
