I just got a buffer.. similar to what you have there only belt drive... got it used for 50 bucks with new wheels plus an extra set of wheels... the wheels alone cost more than twice what I paid for the whole rig!... pretty happy with the purchase. what kind of compound you using?

Super deal on that buffer Steve. Looks like the same compound I use, Mernsa. Not sure that's spelled right. And it looks like Stew Mac is repacking it as Colortone brand.

I love your little hell hole don't change it. What I really hate is when these guys are making so much money on YT that they have 100,000 worth of Festool stuff or 20,000 set design so they can zoom in on the bench vise and watch them cut a dove tail drawer side or something else just as square. Love the new buffer wheels, I need some what did you get? Mine old one still shed crap allover.

I was given a free Epiphone les paul husk with a sloppy neck repair - tobacco burst (my fav). I have 2 ideas - 1st build it into the ultimate Truth Les Paul with all the best hardware and electronics - I already have the Truth headstock overlay - or build the ultimate parts bin guitar with whatever you have laying around! Thoughts?? I think it’s be cool either way and fun to watch it come to life!
