The sad part is that the Latino officer is condoning her own people being abused for absolutely no reason. She asked for a freaking ID and how can he get it unless he stands up to get it out of his damn pocket. This is what they do they give you conflicting orders to give them a reason to manhandle you

Because Luna is beautiful, young, intelligent, rights aware and certainly not a criminal, the cop finds these traits a threat to the community unlike hers. I vote Luna.

When law enforcement feel they have to behave in this overly aggressive manner it is a sign that they are insecure and feel that they are losing the battle to be relevant.

So many of these videos are available… meaning there are also SOOO many more of these situations that are NOT online (yet)… These are NOT ‘incidents’…. This is a common occurrence, a pattern, (internally) normalized and accepted behavior… And it should be stopped…..! The level of criminal behavior, abuse, misconduct and corruption within the police forces in the USA is disgusting and unacceptable! I am glad to live in a country where the conduct of the police is absolutely decent and correct! The transparency they show so we all can see what is going on within the departments and the laws that hold public servants, like police officers, extra accountable for their actions(*), as well as the upright attitude of the officers themselves, are all contributing to a good functioning police force, that is trusted by over 90% of the people in THE NETHERLANDS……!!! (*) People who work as sworn in public servants, who commit a criminal offense, regardless if they do so during or outside their work hours, will receive a punishment that is 1/3 higher than the punishment for the same offense if committed by a ‘regular’ citizen. This goes for both monetary fines and time to be served in jail or prison. (For example: If the normal punishment for a certain crime is: a fine of $900 plus a jail term of 3 months, a sworn in public servant will receive a fine of $1200 plus a jail term of 4 months!)

The passenger was drunk but not driving. So what’s the problem then? They had no reason to even talk with her. All those cop 👮‍♀️ should be brought up on charges of assault.
