I mean it's impressive but it still bad form. Going lower/more full ROM would mean you can't lift as much but it would also make the movement more time effective from a muscle building standpoint. Would you rather work out longer (in terms of months/years before you see growth) or work out smarter and see results sooner? Time is precious to most people so most people would choose the latter

@@duke605 I cant see Sam having long workout sessions or having any trouble building muscle. I know it is neccessary to have a full ROM, but it is not neccessary to be yapping about this exact athlete, of which i've been talking about

@@duke605 Depends on the exercise. For example keyboard warriors who keep yapping about how the barbell on incline press needs to touche the chest are actually crazy and will probably blow their shoulders out. Plus on exerices like press, touching the bar with your chest might break the tension, so going at like 95% depth is enough and valid to really maximize the gains and avoid dumb injuries
