You are exhibiting a lot of patriarchal tendencies here. There are a lot of qualified women as much as you have qualified men. So, what you're doing is proffering a solution to what you don't understand. The problem has nothing to do with hiring women. The problem is in concentrating on a very small pool of card -carrying members inside the ANC. They should spread their tentacles to bring in more technocrats from outside the ANC, and there are a lot of them, both men and women.

But I think she is silently criticizing, and I can see she is not happy with the president, but unfortunately, she knows that the ANC takes their decisions as a collective. Lastly, the ANC lost its majority and invited all the parties, which some refused and formed what we call the progressive caucus, which in my view is very unstable with tensions between the Mk and the eff so she must really decide because what she is trying to attempt won't help the ANC.
