I ALMOST made it through this episode last night without getting Cummins-lawed. I run a small business, and I was packing orders in the basement while listening to this episode. Right when the episode was about to end, my wife called me and asked if I was coming to bed. My wireless earbuds disconnected as I answered the phone. As I raised the phone up to my ear, my iphone speaker came on and resumed the episode, RIGHT when Dan Cummins sang the words "That motherf**ker is out of control, and he's gonna let it shine." We are both Christians, but I have a much more bawdy sense of humor than she does. She doesn't like Timesuck (she says it's too vulgar), but I love it enough for the both of us. Three out of five stars! Wouldn't change a thing! This isn't the first time I've been Cummins-lawed, and it certainly won't be the last.

I found a PTL Bible from like 1978 in my closet when I recently moved that I got from my aunt a long time ago. Only recently opened it because I’m not religious but it’s such a strange book mixing American history (very white-washed I’m sure) with the Bible. Let’s see how strange it really is!

I get so angry at those who preach "Prosperity" religion. So many people are turned away from God and honest ministries. There is a special place in Hell for these people who take advantage of good people in God's name. My momma used to watch Jim and Tammy Faye and laugh at how ridiculous they were. Once they were doing a special fund raising or somethin, and Jim offered up one of Tammy Faye's fur coats, and the look on her face was priceless. I'll have to see if I can find that online somewhere.

The way I see it is, if you choose to believe in fairytales, then it's no one's fault but your own if you get taken advantage of. Also if Tammy knew the book she supposedly followed, she wouldn't be as nice as she was. If Dan knew the Bible he would realize that true Christians that follow the book are a lot closer to the a West Baptist member than someone like Tammy.
